Care & Repair

How do I care for my Lexi and Rose jewelry?

When cared for properly, your Lexi and Rose jewelry can be treasured for generations. Dust, pollutants, cosmetics, lotions, oils, and other elements to which jewelry is regularly exposed can dull its appearance. To minimize this, it’s recommended to wipe down your jewelry with cotton cloth after wearing. A professional jewelry polishing cloth can be used to restore your jewelry’s shine, especially for silvery jewelry, which can tarnish. We recommend against wearing any jewelry when bathing or swimming, as fresh, salt and chlorinated water can all dull and erode precious metals.

How should my jewelry be stored?

After ensuring that your jewelry has been properly cleaned and has no residual moisture, it can be stored in a properly lined box or chest. Jewelry should not be left out in direct sunlight, and in storage should avoid heat and humidity. Separate your jewelry according to different types of metals and avoid letting items touch when putting them away. The box that comes with each Lexi and Rose piece is a simple storage solution if you do not have another suitable option available.

Can I get an item repaired?

If you need repairs for any piece of Lexi and Rose jewelry, please email customercare@lexiandrose.com. Include your Name, your original Order Number, and explain the issue. You will be provided with a Repair Authorization Number and instructions on how to include this on your package. Lexi and Rose will repair any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of purchase at no cost. Any repairs needed after this period, or determined to be the result of misuse, will incur a repair charge. Each piece will be assessed on an individual basis and our determination will be communicated to the customer before they are charged for any applicable repair.
